The Sterling Park District offers a variety of aquatics programs for all ages. Private and group swim lessons are available for ages 3 & up. A variety of adult aquatics fitness classes are also available, such as Swimnastics and Aqua Therapy. All swim lessons and aquatics fitness classes are held at the Duis Center, which is also home to the Sterling Stingrays Swim Club.
