If you are looking to unwind after a long day or long workout, Gentle Yoga Flow is the class for you! This is an all-level gentle Vinyasa flow class that links breath to movement. Participants will work to increase flexibility, balance and strength as they connect their mind, body and spirit to find inner stillness. Equipment will be provided.
